Alejandro Landaeta (born June 4, 1971) better known by his stage name DJ ALB, is a Venezuelan-American Electronic Music DJ from Miami, Florida. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, he is also an Engineer and Judo black belt.
ALB is mainly influenced by the sounds of EDM (Electronic Dance Music) with special emphasis in House (Deep, Electro, Future, Tech and Progressive) & Trance.
He has played at some of the hottest and iconic venues in South Florida like Seminole Hard Rock Cafe, Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Arya Coconut Grove, Divino Pecado, Berries in the Grove, Canaima and Jade Signature among others. Besides, ALB has been the official DJ for LA Fitness Clubs in Miami over the past 3 years.
In 2017 DJ ALB founded Alienation Radio, an online radio station exclusively for Electronic Music with new live episodes every Friday night at 8pm Eastern Time, where he plays live along with other international guest deejays. In 2019 Alienation Radio went from one weekly program to 24/7 Electronic Music format with the exception of Fridays 8pm when the live episodes with DJ ALB and his guest deejays take place.
In 2020, he changed the format for Alienation Radio’s Friday night episodes to video streaming, and now audience can enjoy not only one of the best and the hottest tracks but also watch him and his guest deejays performing live.
He also plays every week for radiosatelite.net , Radio Caminos 105.7FM in San Diego and Ranking 100.7FM in Caracas Venezuela.
His latest project Pijamada Mix (a joint venture with DeejayToo) also brings the latest Electronic Music to the latin community via live streaming in YouTube and Instagram every Sunday 7PM.
